Keeping me informed about everything. My case manager Veronica Flores always gives me calls back to answer any questions or concerns i might have. Amy and my lawyer kept me well informed about everything and were able to get me a fair settlement without going to court. Natalie Hernandez was my hero, she ALWAYS returned my emails asap, kept me 100% informed about my case.

I’ve been trying to reach them for the past 3 days. First call was amazing great costumer service to start after signing the contract good luck if they’ll help you. Hopefully someone from upper management see this review and I can give details of whose supposedly handling my case.

My accident was in October 2019. It is now April 2021 & I have just been told that my case will be referred to another attorney sometime this month. I wasn't told any information about my case unless I reached out, which didn't always work. I have called and left several messages and emails over the course of the last year and hardly ever got anyone to respond to me. I felt completely left in the dark through this whole process. The lady working on my medical bills didn't do very well because my medical bills were sent to collections and that took longer for Jim Adler's firm to gain access to them. They didn't even realize this had happened until I called in and made a complaint. I understand they are very busy but, I feel like they don't treat their clients with compassion. I DO NOT recommend using this firm. Wish I would have read the reviews before allowing them to take my case. Now, I feel like I'm back where I started , new attorney, medical bills to pay & I am still suffering from my injuries. - Not happy at all!

I was involved in an accident right before Christmas and Jim Adler associates were still very prompt to get me the help I needed. I broke my leg and was out of work for awhile. The process was simple enough and they had referral places for medical and therapy that were very professional. Esmeralda Gavilanes was my closing manager. She was excellent and very professional. Her response time was always prompt and provided me with updates and information frequently. I definitely appreciated and valued her importance that she placed on communication.
