Lack of Character and Conflict of Interest, is the unfortunate reality I faced at the Jim Adler & Associates Law Firm. When you have representative(s) who are working for their own personal gain, rather than the best interest of the claimant, you have a problem. Mr. Adler may or may not be aware of how his representatives operate, but they do his name and what he has built a disservice.
If you are seeking honest representation, I would recommend you keep looking. The Texas Hammer is not for you.

Over a year into my case and hardly any communication. This whole experience had been depressing and stressful with no end in sight. Last I heard I may well be on the hook for thousands in medical bills as the settlement wont cover the attorney fees (taken FIRST of course), AND the medical bills. I won't see a penny I never would have called them if I had of known how this would have gone. Go with a small firm that actually cares.

You can tell that Esmeralda Gavilanes loves what she does and loves helping people. She was a gem to work with and is the epitome of superb customer service. I know she put in a lot of work to get my costs down in order to maximize what I would receive at the end of the day and I am extremely grateful to her. She made it a very easy process and is ever so patient and friendly. She understands the stress that one goes through and is very empathetic of that. My experience was a pleasant one without a doubt!

It took a little more time than I would have wanted but given the pandemic we are currently in, it was understandable. Esmeralda Gavilanes work with me through the whole process with ease. I had a death in my immediate family and was not communicating with anyone for a short period of time and Esmeralda kept on top of my case. Once she was able to reach me it took no time for me to receive my money. Thank you again!
