Honestly at the end of the day these attorneys...like many... are just getting people what the insurance companies already have in the policy to give. You can achieve all of this on your own with a little bit of research and due diligence. I had a friend thay got hit by a drunk driver when he was walking home from work and at the end of the day the insurance policy the individual was carrying was high enough to even cover his medical bills. These attorney's at this law firm and many other notable firms could not get him anymore than what was available via the policy... all of which was offered and given with no problems without an attorney.

At the time of the accident, my son recently celebrated his 18th birthday. He still needed the parental guidance to help him navigate receiving medical treatment. Kathleen Hernandez provided him with the utmost services and assisted him throughout the entire process. When he had questions about medical treatment, Ms. Hernandez's guidance and interventions were a blessing.

We are still waiting for settlement from 2019 accident. My husband was taken by ambulance after the accident and suffered a wrist injury. They told us we need to see the Dr of their choice after the initial treatment and my husband could not go to the same hospital to complete his treatment. The place they sent him was not treating him for his injury and just wanted him to come in. Now my husband cannot even carry 10lb with that hand. We have had three representatives so far. Their communication is horrible and from what I’m hearing now they don’t even get you the settlement you deserve. Better find a smaller firm that you can communicate with and will care for your suffering. Updated: This case was settled and closed. After I posted the above review they told my husband they will not talk to me anymore. When my husband was taken to the hospital after the accident I am the one that called this company and hired them because I didn’t know what to do next. It was not the best experience but we have at this point come to a settlement and closed this case.

Not dependable do not calling back , do handle case well they take forever with case

Kathleen Hernandez was great as my case manager. Always kept me in the loop. When I had any questions she was prompt with a response. I'm gonna miss her. Best experience I ever had with an attorney during a personal injury claim.
