Everyone at Jim Adler &associates helped me through the whole process of getting the help I needed for a car crash. Esmeralda Gavilanes helped me a lot through the final steps, and was there for me, even though she was working at home. After a few years from my accident, I'm still in a lot of pain. I need to add to this: the place I went to for physical therapy, was good, but they didn't tell me I had a fracture shoulder blade until weeks later. The lawyers denied giving me a shot that would have helped with my injuries, and said they would take care of it later, but they never did. I didn't get the proper help I needed, and now I'm in constant pain, and my quality of life has diminished. I needed more time for therapy but I didn't get it. I didn't even really get updates on the whole case. I don't recommend.

I would definitely recommend... Veronica Flores is Awesome she was very helpful & her response back is impeccable. Most of all I love the fact she checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was well taken care of!! Great Job done

Norma Ruiz and Dora Rodriguez were phenomenal! They always answered my phone calls, emails and were absolutely professional throughout the entire process of my car wreck lawsuit.
