So far so good. My case worker Kathleen Hernandez is amazing. She is constantly appraised of my case status and all that it entails. Great communicator and in terms that we can understand.
Updated rating to neutral based on past few months of experience.

My Case Has Been Settled For At Least 3 Months Now, & They Are Saying That I'm Waiting For A Hospital Reduction. How Long Does It Take A Hospital To Reduce. I'm On The Verge Of Being Homeless, & I Just Lost My Child's Mother. Without This I'll Be On The Streets. I Wish That It Was Something I Could Do To Speed Things Up.🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
