Esmeralda Gavilanes was great!!!! She was able to get me more than what we expected! She was very kind and patient, she always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner. This is the second time I have used jim Adler and even though I pray I never have to use them again I hope I get to have her on my case if I ever do she is great and I know I’ll get the money I deserve If she is on my case!!!

Katie Hernandez was a life saver! I was so nervous going through this process because I had never worked with a lawyer before, but Katie made the process so easy. She validated my experience and feelings every time that we spoke. If something was unclear she worked until it was. I was so thankful to have her in my corner and will miss working with her!! I called Jim Adler & Associates and the sent someone to my office two days later. The gave me an awesome caseworker Itcel Rebollar. She keep the doctors and rehab centers on the job. She made sure that they took good care of me. Help to get treatments set up. Called me and checked on me regularly. She took a bad situation and made it better.
