Esmeralda Gavilanes was a great person to work with she handles business in a very professional manner. She very responsive and you just have to be patient and let her do her job. She really fought for me to get what I deserved for my car accident. So yes I would refer all family and friends to work with Jim Adler & associates 100%

Esmeralda Gavilanes was my closing coordinator. She provided an excellent and professional service answering any question that I had. She maintained great communication and any email that I sent was answered promptly. I’m very pleased with the closing of my case and her help.

Adler handled my case a couple of years ago. I see the commercials all the time and I think back of how much I was basically “screwed” with the settlement. I could have settled the same amount with the other driver’s insurance company. Communication is deplorable....either Mr. Adler doesn’t care what goes on during the process or he just doesn’t have a clue.

I'm actually upset because i went to Jim Adler thinking alright I'm dealing with the Texas Hammer this is a pretty easy case but i've been left with nothing as of now. My accident happened on 03/13/2020 it is now 8/31/2020 and i still haven't gotten my settlement and no one has communicated with me. My back still hurts from that accident and when i had brought it up to my assigned lawyer at the time he basically said "you got dealt a bad hand and there's nothing we can do". Didn't expect that from the Texas Hammer. Just know next time not to go through them anymore. I was also in another accident but the dude didn't have insurance or anything and lied to the police. However Jim Adler's attorneys were like, well there's nothing we can do. So what good is getting the Texas Hammer when they aren't going to do anything about the people they represent?!

I cannot thank Esmeralda Gavilanes enough for her follow up and professionalism through out the closing process. I was never in the dark about the progress of my case. My dad's wreck was 2 years ago this past July & it took them that long to get my mother her check. My dad has since passed away (Jan. 2019). They never corrected legal docs to reflect the correct spelling of my mother & brothers names. We noted this error in emails & on hard copies several times that they received. Would never recommend this company!
