Hi y’all, dropping my current experience for your knowledge. Accident occurred Dec13th, 2023. Been through 2 representatives which are no longer with the firm. Been trying to contact for an update, as last I was advised was only 1 bit of info before my case was to be submitted for resolution to find out the second representative is no longer. Just spent over an hour on hold attempting to reach the case manager as I have not received a call back after multiple calls. Not using any names but would be nice to get a call back/update to ensure this case is still being tended to. I have even tried calling the numbers on previous review with no success.
