Two years and my bills still haven't been paid. He says one thing and doesn't follow through. When you ask his assistant all she says is "I don't know, I wasn't there". Run away as fast as you can

I wish I knew what I was getting myself into before I hired this attorney Steven Shoultz. He did nothing for my case what so ever. I waited 3 yrs to only discover that the money that was would be granted to me, would all be going towards the hospital. Which this was never told to me in the beginning. The staff has the worst customer service and they are extremely rude. He didn’t communicate with me at all until mediation. When I started to ask questions he got very defensive with me as if I didn’t have a right to ask questions. I have no doubt in my mind that he got more money then I did under the table. These attorneys are corrupt and so is the system. They are designed to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Just another white person taking advantage of a black person. Had I been white with money it would’ve went a lot different. In OTHER WORDS DONT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!

Unfortunately this place lacks of good old customer service. First time I talked to the assistant over the phone she was rude, decided to give them a chance anyways and when I made it to my appointment they didn’t make me feel welcome, more like I was taking up their time. I was just given a package of papers and demanded to fill up to be seen for appointment. Not even greeted with respect or offer water. It’s sad because I love writing five stars reviews but not today.

Mark is an excellent business attorney. He considers business as well as legal issues in his advice.
