Look no further for a true class act in every way that matters. Knowledge beyond comprehension, professionalism, speed and compassion are just a few starting points to scrape the surface of this man I only had the honor to spend a few hours/days with. Just plain awesome. Turned a completely awful situation into a bearable one, but doesn't sugar coat issues, tells the truth when it hurts only because you need to hear it. He is the best of the best in all the ways. His office staff are kind and cordial. We have giggled over silly things and it was a very comfortable environment that I had expected to be entirely different and that is so appreciated and a thing to be valued. He is honest about what his expertise is and ends and defers to colleagues when there is a question, in other words if it's not in his wheelhouse-he will certainly find someone who knows and get the proper answers. I'm proud to write this review of my own volition and would scream it from the rooftops if I thought it would benefit this true gentleman in any form or fashion. Mr. Clancy is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. Oftentimes attorneys are hard to reach. Danny is the opposite. He has ALWAYS called/e-mailed me back. His assistant Amanda is GREAT too! Every time we spoke she would ask about my family and how I was doing….remembering even the smallest detail I had mentioned in previous conversations. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

I agree with Koehler Group Realty. Worked with Richard since 2017 when he filed my patent application. It’s 2023, no patent, a bunch of filing fees and rejections from the examiner. Spoke with a former attorney from this law firm and that person spoke about the lack of integrity in filing patents but they always get their invoices sent out in a timely manner. None of their 5 star reviews say anything about receiving a patent. Don’t use this firm for your patent. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I know Jay Ethington in a working capacity, as a fellow attorney. In my opinion, Jay is one of the most brilliant attorneys in the country. His experience, diligence, and dedication is second to none. His understanding of the Federal process and every nuance that comes along with it is inspiring. I truly, sincerely recognize how lucky I am to consider him a mentor, and believe every client is just as lucky to have him as their attorney.

This law firm is professional as they come in my opinion. They are straight forward about all the information needed to get you taken care of. First time needing representation? Hired the firm for a patent application and trademark. Got the trademark allowed right away. Eldredge is working with the examiner to get the patent allowed. Eldredge always responds to emails and text messages. Love having an attorney that is prompt and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
