If you want someone that won’t defend you properly or be prepared for your case go ahead and hire this guy. My brother is serving 60 years because of him. Didn’t prepare him for the case. Didn’t cross examine the witnesses well enough. Gave my brother a positive outlook on the case, as if things were going his way, but weren’t. Should have advised a plea deal after knowing how poorly he was defending him.

Tim Clancy is, hands down, the best lawyer! I was charged with a DWI and was referred to Tim. I was scared, nervous, and so clueless as to how my life was going to be and how the court process worked. After having my consultation, I immediately felt better and had hope that things would be ok. Tim explained the process and advised me to get started on some of the things the court requires. The outcome of my case was better than I could have ever expected! He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, reponds in a timely manner, and wants the best outcome for any client. HORRIBLE lawyer, doesn't communicate....take your money and don't even try but talk a real good game to get your money. He keeps his assistant debbie in the dark. She never knows anything. I want a refund. I have so much more to say. I'll break it down over several post if I can.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! do not spend your hard earned cash on this man. He is a scam artist with a lawyer suit on. He will take your money and will not call you or keep you updated on anything. His assistant Debbie does not know anything. The only time and I mean the only time you will hear from him is when he is wanting your money. He was unprofessional, non responsive, and a nightmare to deal with. I wasted money and time on this man. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT spend your money with this man. You might as well throw all your money in a trash can dealing with him. You have been warned!
