He is one of the lawyers that I trust. He is very knowledgeable about the law and has helped me even my English is not perfect. I was charged with a criminal offense and was arrested overnight. I had no idea what to do with my life, just being devastated and depressed as hell in the jail. Not to mention that I had a pending greencard application with USCIS. I cried so much in the jail, but my big sister found Tim. She hired Tim for me and Tim bailed me out with Pat and Mike (bondsmen) the next day. After few months (exactly took Dec-Oct 11 months), Tim got my case dismissed!! And when USCIS asked for all the certified documents from the court, as soon as they received my dismissal papers, I was granted my greencard. My family and I cried so much that day and we would not have that without Tim. Agg Assault w/ deadly weapon. A serious charge I never imagined I would need to defend against. I’ve never needed an attorney, had no idea what I was going to do. I met with 4 attorneys some good some not and after meeting with Tim, knew he was the best for my case. Soon after our initial meeting, I started to feel more at ease (as much as you can when facing a felony). Tim was always quick to return my calls, texts, and emails and as the case progressed and I began to gain more confidence that everything was going to turn out alright. He walked me through all possible outcomes during each stage and his thoughts from his experience of what was likely to happen, each time being close if not spot on. Tim Clancy was the lawyer who helped me to get a felony charge dismissed. I had a very complicated family issue. It took a long time to get one single step moving forward due to the court.
