Pros
1
Experienced and knowledgeable lawyers who are skilled at negotiating favorable outcomes for clients
“Randall is a well-known and highly experienced lawyer in his field. His results represent themselves. I'd recommend him, and his office, to anyone near Dallas with a DWI or in need of criminal defense.”
2
Commitment to fighting for the best possible results, even in difficult cases
“Mr Isenberg and his Associates handled my difficult case with the utmost professionalism in a more than reasonable amount of time. Can't say enough about Randy and his team.”
3
Personalized attention and support for clients throughout the legal process
“From the first time I met with him and his associates, I was handled with the utmost professionalism. Through each step of the process his staff always told it to me straight, advised and answered all of my questions and were always accommodating when needed.”
4
Successful track record of getting charges reduced or dismissed
“Mr Isenberg was able to knock down the Felony 3rd to a DWI Second after being presented to the Grand jury. My case was just disposed about two weeks ago, and seeing Mr. Isenberg work in the court room my charge was further lowed and I was finally convicted of a DWI 1st.”
5
Reasonable and transparent pricing with no hidden fees
“Once Mr. Isenberg quotes you a price to handle your case, he handles your case for that price.”
Cons
1
Lack of communication and updates from the lawyers during the legal process
“Its so easy for attorneys to sell you the impossible and not deliver, after all, what are you going to do about it from prison? I encourage you to beware of any attorney that tells you they can achieve an expected outcome when you hire them. Its what we want to hear in our time of desperation, but will likely not hold up once your case is further along.”
2
Potential for lawyers to misrepresent the scope of their services or the expected outcomes
“They told me one thing and did another" and "Mr Isenberg lied to me 5 years ago and it will affect me for the rest of my life.”
