Awesome results- I have class A CDL and got into a pinch with a ticket in Dallas. Mr. Rubin and his team got it dismissed! Thank you Mr. Rubin and your fabulous team for the help!

I had a great experience with Mr. Rubin and his entire staff at his firm! My traffic ticket situation was very complex when I first approached Mr. Rubin for his services. Let me explain; I had an ineligible license and roughly 14 outstanding tickets that were all in warrant status. 13 of the 14 traffic tickets were tickets with in the Justice of the Peace courts. One ticket was in the City of Dallas. Mr. Rubin, Debbie, and Julie all helped me immensely in getting my tickets dismissed and helping me get my license back. First, let me say Debbie was very helpful from the first day I called their office. She explained the process and help me identify all of my outstanding traffic violations. She also clearly laid out the steps I would need take in order to reinstate my license and clear all of my tickets. In addition, Julie helped me stay organize and kept me on the path to clearing my tickets as each one of my tickets were dismissed. Let me be clear, the process required me to consistently follow-up, research, and stay on top of the process. That's the only way you're going to successfully handle your tickets. Most people think you just hire the lawyer, and that's it. That's not the way to do it. In my situation, Mr. Rubin filed an appeal bond for me for all of the courts and was able to get my Justice of the Peace tickets moved to the City of Dallas courts, and dismissed. I don't want the process to be misinterpreted and to insinuate that I didn't have to pay any fees because I did. But paying fees is typical in traffic ticket situations. In my case, I had to pay $30 Omni fees on each JP Court tickets which was great compared to having to pay the whole fine for each ticket. Once I paid my Omni fees my warrants were lifted and I was able to get my license reinstated and drive again! I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rubin to anyone needing to hire a lawyer to help with their traffic violations. Mr. Rubin and his team are professional and will work diligently to help dismiss your tickets. I highly recommend this law office, I can stress enough how good they are! Excellent service all around.

Martin Rubin worked wonders for me and my case. He was patient and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Martin and his entire staff were very empathetic and instilled me in confidence that they would get me out of my case!! Hopefully I will never NEED an attorney ever again but if I do, I will not hesitate in calling Martin Rubin!!!! He's like a legal magician!

Absolutely wonderful. I would reccommend him to anyone. He took my phone call immediately with a civil eviction case. He was short, sweet, and to the point... and it made me question if he truly understood the severity of the matter. WELL HE DID. Within minutes of being in court, my case was dismissed and the judgement was in my favor. He has been doing this long enough to know what papers matter and what does not to the judge.
