This a dream come true to have help from the best

I was In a wreck and they literally said they couldn't help since I was filing on insurance for the wreck... Talk about not caring for the little guy, like what am I supposed to do not file and be screwed with a truck I can't use? Absolutely ridiculous and pointless, the lady literally told me since I filed on insurance they couldn't help. Aka since I made an insurance claim they couldn't help. Edit y'all try to help everyone that's a joke she literally asked if I had insurance and if I made a claim. Then said since I did y'all can't help. So since I'm running legally and trying to get my brand new fixed and not be screw over. Hmm sounds like y'all really try to help.
