Absolutely love the sapphire necklace my mom had made for me at William Sheahan Designs!!

I had some jewelry that belonged to my grandmother and I wanted to reset some of the stones. The team did an excellent job from the design of the pieces to the finished products. Creative, thoughtful and a well managed system. A true local business that delivers in every way.

When it comes to buying wedding rings, it seems like everyone has “a guy”.... I’m proud to know “The Guy”. You couldn’t ask for a more professional group that sets the standard in the jewelry industry. I’ve had several great experiences and refer all the folks I can.

I’ve been a very happy repeat customer ever since I moved to Dallas. Bill and his staff are a great group of friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guys. I’ve used their expertise for an engagement ring (which she adores) and our wedding bands and plan to visit them anytime I need jewelry services in the future.

Bill, Skylar and John at William Sheahan Designs are the jewelry dream team! I was blown away when my fiance proposed to me with the stunning oval diamond sparkler that Bill made for me! It still to this day is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I get complimented on it every single day. Not only is Bill a master craftsman, he is also an extremely nice and honest man. He and his team are always eager to help with cleanings, re-fittings and everything else we have needed. We are now working with them to make our wedding rings and it is a true pleasure. Bill Sheahan will certainly be our jeweler for years to come. He comes HIGHLY recommended.

They worked with me to create a custom engagement ring that was absolutely gorgeous. They were super personable and fun to work with, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bill and the staff are knowledgeable and nice. If you can dream it they can make it with their CAD and 3D printing capabilities.

I took my grandmother's wedding ring in to be sized and plated. It looks like a brand new ring! (in a wonderful way) I am so pleased with the service I received at William Sheahan Designs. They were very friendly and charged around half of what I was expecting to pay. Plus, they told me the ring would be ready in a week, and they had it ready in 4 days! I will absolutely be visiting William Sheahan Designs in the future.

I had a great experience with this company. They were quick, personable, professional - and best of all, they’re knowledgeable and talented. I took some rings into the shop for repair, and they did a phenomenal job. I also am looking into custom designs and have seen some beautiful examples. Highly recommend!
