Had Prudential deny my disability found him in the internet not only did he get it reinstated fast but didn't even charge me full price because of the income that I had coming in very compassionate and honest lawyer I've ever met in my life

Disability ended my 35 year career as an attorney, the last 24 years working for a major, multi-line insurance company. After the LTD insurance company discontinued my LTD benefits, I looked for the best attorney in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area to fight the LTD company for my benefits. I hired Mr. Guerrini. His knowledge of disability law (which is highly specialized and complex) is encyclopedic. And, his skills, insights and abilities to maximize my claim, and negotiate the highest possible settlement on my behalf were of the highest caliber. Mr. Guerrini kept me informed of each development throughout the entire process. He also quickly, patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. And, Mr. Guerrini cared deeply about my concerns and goals. Mr. Guerrini is an excellent attorney and counsellor at law, and I highly recommend him to be your attorney in your fight to receive your rightful benefits from your disability insurance company.

Mr. Guerrini, along with Jane and Judy, have a special trait of being tough on the case but compassionate towards the client's issues. While the above makes for a positive working relationship, the purpose of said relationship is to obtain the RESULTS desired. Mr. Guerrini excelled in the RESULTS area. Any question or request was responded to that same day. I suspect the experience of the firm's staff allows for the quick turnaround. I highly recommend Mr. Guerrini if you want RESULTS with your LTD issues.

Mr Guerrini was incredibly dedicated to excellence in my case. His office staff very informative and helpful in getting answers to my questions as well. All around wouldn't have wanted for another attorney, he supports and accomplishes his goal set for his clients.

My short term disability had already been turned down after I had done everything I was asked to do, and this was after I was discharged from my job for being disabled! I was at a loss as to what to do when Social Security and my long term insurance denied my disability. As an attorney myself I understand the benefit of seeking out an expert. You want to think of the job like a surgeon and how you would not want to use an orthopedic surgeon to handle a heart surgery even though both are surgeons. By hiring a specialist to handle your claim you get someone recognized by the insurance company, knowledgeable about the process and documented successes in obtaining settlement or winning in litigation. I have to thank both Bernie and Jane Guerrini for their work in ascertaining my long term disability claim. It is going on six years and they continue the efforts necessary to provide all documents that are requested. After submitting a LTD claim to my disability insurance company, I was immediately declined and didn’t know where to turn. Mr. Guerrini was the first attorney I called after a large insurance company tried to cheat me out of the disability income I am unquestionably qualified to receive. He answered the phone himself, listened to me, and throughly explained how cases like mine worked, and what I could expect. After that first call with him I had a distinct feeling that he was my man. But just to make sure, I described my case to seven other attorneys. Right off the bat, three out of those seven attorneys recommended I call Mr. Guerrini! I don't wish to imply that communicating with a large insurance company is ever an easy process. In fact one time I was actually ready to give up. Luckily, Mrs. Jane Guerrini empathized with me on the phone and tenderly offered that we try just "one more thing." That "one more thing" resulted in a settlement that gives me hope these large insurance companies cannot get away with cheating people out of disability benefits for which they truly quality. At least not if they hire Bernard Guerrini to represent them.

Loved the man, his help and handling me during my crisis mode. USE HIM! But realize you are responsible for whatever paperwork is needed to prove your case. Bernie cannot make this info up for you. Step up and provide a honest report of what's going on with you. Don't lie. Insurance companies will watch you because they don't want to pay for weak or false claims. Document EVERYTHING: * Docs appointments * Anything you do to help manage your condition(s) * Effects the disability has on your life on a daily basis(pains, headaches, incapacity, etc).
