Attorney Blake Brownshadel took a case, that from the beginning was highly difficult to litigate. The case involved the opposing side with multiple factors and players who made an initial offer that was “low ball” and included a deadline with a threat to move the case into the courtroom arena, should their under valued offer not be accepted.
