I filed bankruptcy a few years ago and they were great and the out of the blue they emailed me telling me that the Trustee was going to Dismiss our bankruptcy 4/13 if I didn't make a late payment of $700.00 well it's a little more and no one can explain that to us. We have every receipt from the first payment ever made to the Trustee and I told the law firm that I could show the trustee everyone of my receipts and the lawyers just said to pay the $700 late and the said I owed $6400 back payment and what was I going to do about that. Today is the first time I have ever heard of this. They can't tell me why I owe these ridiculous fees. And if they don't give me a chance to show these to the Trustee I am going to reach out to a different legal team.
