I couldn't sleep or enjoy anything. The threats, the worrying seemed a deep void. I had no where to go. Then I spoke with a friend and she said think about bankruptcy. I saw you information and called. Jacqueline spoke and her words begin to melt my fears away. She explained everything more than once to make sure we understood. I cannot tell you our future seems brighter and we Thank you for having such kind associates. After hearing so many no's it great to hear a yes. This is a law firm that seems to say all the right things, have the image, and google reviews that seem great. It’s sad that it’s not an elite law firm. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but I learned in a 6 month period that this is a volume law firm. They just want to collect money and sign up people. I will say this - these people are not experts. They know the very least. I was promised that I would not be assisted by a para legal due to the complexity of my case. I was assured of that by Reed Allmand himself. Shook hands and met at his office. For the next 6 months I received duplicate calls of the same matter. Even to book an appointment that I had already attended… I had to repeat myself to different people for some reason and yet nothing seemed to progress. I then found out that I had to change my case 2 different times. It was like this because someone on their team pulled a company file for a different company which was an LLC that didn’t even belong to me. Based on a document I did not provide, they kept misguiding me. I was refunded a portion because they had “worked on my case.” Least to say nothing was ever filed. Every conversation I ever had was to fix their issues and not to do things to file. Every meeting was never on time. Always late. This isn’t an angry yelp review but a genuine one for those looking for a good law firm. Find a smaller one who gives you the time and day. Most of their team works from home and on completely different pages. These google reviews are definitely fake and paid advertisement so that they can show up on the top of google search engine. You can see nothing all negative reviews on YELP. I was handed a packet and told to fill it out myself and that it would take me 3 hours. Toronjo & Prosser Law showed me how it was done correctly. They literally knocked everything out in one 1.5 hour call, including this packet they just hand you. Instead a great attorney will take his time to fill it out for you and answer any questions you have. PLEASE STAY AWAY
