Jacqueline was great!

Jacqueline was so wonderful in explaining everything to me. She spoke clearly and understood everything she told me. She has an awesome positive attitude and gave me so much confidence and relief that I can get helped. I am so satisfied how she handled the whole process.

*UPDATE *After I retained this firm for my chapter 13 bankruptcy, They did nothing but repeatedly ask for documents. They make you feel as if they're going to be a help. They actually hurt you more than they help. I was in a payment plan to pay retainer fee of 1,500. After paying it and 3 months later they're still asking for documents. I decided not to use them any further. I asked for a refund, but they're saying I'm not due one. I called to speak with someone about it but only got the receptionist guy, who you can hardly understand. If you're looking for help please read All reviews first. But MOST OF ALL STAY AWAY

At first they were great. A bit into my case there was a lawyer change. The new lawyer never seemed to have time for me, was non resposibe and then not helpful. I did not think too much of it until a year later I found out that I have a lawsuit against me ( from mail from other lawyers) Update- they called back and we talked about possible resolutions but the indicated they did the job and I was no longer a client. They were supposed to have an internal discussion and call me back. I have sent emails and waited two business days and still have not heard back with a resolution from the internal discussion.

This firm is a joke. They have given my husband the runaround. He has paid his initial fee back in December and they still have not filed his bankruptcy. They keep requesting the same documents over and over again. This experience is ridiculous
