So far, this has been a great experience. I already had my mind made up as far as what I had wanted to do. I spoke with Derrick Rodriguez and he did far more than put my mind at ease. The man was personable and nonjudgmental. He took his time to explain all of my options and I did not feel pressured at all to pick one over the other. Not going to lie, I was nervous with making this consultation because I knew of the stigma that comes with filing for bankruptcy. I was on the teleconference for close to an hour and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Actually it was very much the opposite. I felt like I was on the phone with an old friend that I haven't spoken to in some time. We had a lot in common and, again, he was extremely personable and did not make me feel like a kid who had done something wrong and hoping to not get yelled at my their parents. I would not hesitate to recommend this law firm for guidance with the bankruptcy process. I would also ask for Derrick right away because I can assure you, you will feel 100X better by the end of the call.
