Derrick Rodriguez was amazing! He was very patient, and explained all the steps to me in detail and made sure I understood everything before going to another topic. He did research with me while we were on the call and was careful with what he told me about the entire process from beginning to end. He even went into his lunch break with me to ensure all my questions were answered. He has taken so much anxiety out of my life and lightened my mood with his upbeat personality and making me laugh. I am so happy I called this law firm for my bankruptcy concerns!

Alex answered all my crazy questions, was helpful each time we spoke, and eased my mind about this process. I appreciate his understanding. 😊 Update I have had my full bankruptcy paid off since March and all documents they requested, I have had to wait weeks for appointments. My appointment today was not done. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. I have had to, yet again, schedule another appt for tomorrow. Still, nothing has been filed.
