Jacklyn Swenney (sp?) handled my case for immediate bankruptcy and did an excellent job. I went into the interview just to get information, but she politely showed me there was no possible way to pay off my creditors at my age (75)....thus leaving behind unsettled debt for my wife and or kids. She was very professional, and let me decide to make all the neseccary decisions without any forced "sales pitch". Bless her and your company. I wouldn't recommend this law firm for anyone filing bankruptcy. At first they seem so attentive but after you pay your retainer fee you can't even get in contact with a person. It's all standard emails they send in masses. You are nothing but a number. My attorney didn't even show up to my 341 meeting. I sent several emails asking for my attorney to call me and all I keep getting are emails asking what questions I have. If you want a real client attorney relationship go with a smaller firm these people don't care they just want your money!

They were so quick and efficient during the intake process. They answered all my questions and did a great job.
