I can't believe that I'm saying it was a pleasure to work with Derrick R. as we discussed our options about bankruptcy. However, he provided a "judgement-free" zone where we were able to chat freely about our past decisions and how to make the best of things. Derrick was not only professional but friendly and encouraging. He took the time to answer our questions, even when I would accidently interrupt as another question would come up.
