This firm is terrible to work with. The PAs often provide misguided information, which causes the entire process to be very confusing. The preferred method of communication is through email which leads to multiple emails with unanswered questions. It also almost impossible to schedule meetings to speak to an actual attorney and even then they are often either unreasonably late to the meetings or they do not show up and you are forced to reschedule. Once they get their money from you… Good luck getting any type of communication in a reasonable time frame. In my opinion, they are crooks! I do not recommend working with them.

Jacqueline was fantastic!! She was so knowledgeable. She was able to explain everything I needed to know in a clear and patient manner to his 81 year old man. An agent like this is so appreciated by us seniors. Thank you so much for your help Jacqueline.
