Mr. Rodriguez was so helpful. He took his time to explain all the available options I have to choose from and went into detail about each one of those options. He gave me piece of mind and helped give me a sense of relief, I had not had in years. I am so thankful for him and the team that assists him. The process was smooth and easy to understand thanks to his knowledge and expertise. He made me feel heard, understood, and valued. Not once dud I ever feel judged. Derrick Rodriguez was simply AMAZING! Fast turnaround with responses, VERY informative, professional, kind, empathetic to my situation. He explained EVERYTHING very carefully as I had no prior knowledge of what my options were and what to expect.
