They will not return your retainer (fancy word for deposit) no matter what you do. Whether services are rendered or not.
They make used car salesmen look like saints!

They will take you for your money! No regard to human life or care for what you’re undergoing in life!
They took my deposit! Please read the retainer agreement as they are betting that you won’t and they will keep you’re retainer regardless of the amount and regardless of wether they provide a service!
Is it right morally absolutely not!

I was embarrassed and very skeptical about this whole process, if it was the right choice for me and my future. Don’t hire this firm! They will try to convince you that bankruptcy is your ONLY option. When you decide that you would like to seek an alternative, they won’t return your calls. Suddenly, you have to fight to get any money back.

I had to constantly call for updates. I was not kept informed of the status of my bankruptcy. I ended up calling the trustee myself. I was supposed to discharge in July and just now got it. The ticketing system is not helpful.I would not use them.
