Your case is filed if you pay in full up front, but I feel a bit mislead, nowhere in the retainer documents did it say that they will not file my case until payment is made in full. I cannot afford to wait 6 months while my debt keeps piling up. There are other law firms that will file you for bankruptcy faster with just a down payment. I am going to ask for a refund. I suggest if you want your case filed faster go with another firm.

Enjoyed my experience with this law firm. from the receptionist, to intake, to appointment setters to para legal to the trustee. Whitney, Alysia, Judy, Belinda & Alvina all made the experience seamless and effortless for me. I really appreciated Juan Pablo who always went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered.
