I hired this firm to handle my chapter 7 bankruptcy in November 2020. I spoke with Allmand during the initial consultation and was made several promises, such as the money taken from my bank account would be returned. My experience over the course of my bankruptcy has been extremely turbulent. My bank account was frozen and money was taken after I filed for bankruptcy. I notified the firm about this and they were unable to resolve this issue for me. The most concerning grievance I have with the firm is due to them not doing their professional job. I had expressed my wish to continue to make payments on my car by reaffirming my loan with the lien holder. This was never done, and then they tried to blame me for not paying $250 in addition to the $3500 I paid for the retainer. Even if I did receive such an email, which I cannot find, why did they not send a reminder to me? You cannot reaffirm an account after discharge, so I was at risk of losing my car. Luckily I was able to workout a deal with the bank and keep my car. I WOULD NOT use this firm for bankruptcy because they lack the professionalism to perform basic legal actions that I requested. You will have limited contact with your attorney and never get to talk to Allmand again. Seek help elsewhere. I am an executive and the car is a Range Rover so trust me. After reviewing the information from your case, we can confirm that there wasn't a reaffirmation agreement during your process. As mentioned on the email we sent you on 12/15/2020, you were requested to sign the retainer and set up the $250 payment for the Reaffirmation fee, however, it seems this never happened. When you first walk in you are greeted buy a receptionist who knows what to do next. He is way ahead of your response. Very professional! Everyone in the office is very professional, they took me on a journey of patience and understanding they never left me alone always open to questions. They saved my life

Was dealing with a law suit trying to get the suit to be taken out of the bankruptcy protection. Everything we did they continued to file motions and delaying my discharge. Nick Inman handled this is super hero fashion and got it dismissed. With minimal cost and was on top of the situation for me ! 20 stars on this one
