I am pleased with my experience with this firm. I did see reviews that criticized their response time but this has not been an issue. They require you send your questions via email and allow 24 hours for a response and they have consistently kept their word with me. There is always an operator that answers for emergency questions. So far my experience has been 5 star worthy.

I had several problems with this office scheduling appointments on wrong days, not returning phone calls or email. BUT then I got ahold of Nick Inman and boy oh boy did that Change! Mr. Inman has been wonderful to work with! He does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it! Outstanding professional to work with!!
