Hard to communicate. Left email, phone messages; no response till weeks later. Getting documents and information was nearly impossible. Tried several forms of communication and no response. No ability to communicate until I showed up at office.

This is the worst legal firm ever, I had to report this firm to the board, I delt with this firm for 2yrs I watched the staff change at least 3 times , they don't return call but have no problem with making sure they receive thier money from your checks , do not do not use this firm for your workman comp they are not in their clients best interest

I just dealt with this company. No one answers their phone or emails. No one calls you back. Went to trial and they didn’t have a doctor on my side the other side did. We found out the RME doctor (Wright Singleton) is paid by workers comp to deny you and still somehow lost my appeal. After days of trying I finally go to talk to someone and was able to find out we lost. No one informed me. I have been trying to find out from the lawyer DeCorey if we actually lost our appeal and if there’s any recourse but he won’t even respond to emails. They don’t care if you’re struggling to maintain sanity or anything they really don’t care. I would advise to go elsewhere. I lost my appeal and they couldn’t even tell me. Lost to a crooked doctor that they have proof he is dirty.

Bad service they never remember anything and if you ask them to help you to contact the insurance company they like to beat around the bush they just want your money they dont care about the service they provide I would go to any other attorney then this it was a big waist of time and money

Wow been dealing with them since September. I haven't gotten one phone call from them. Today is November 7,2023. I'm just finding out my case was DENIED!!! wow!!! I've been calling , put on hold for several minutes......told I'd get a call back. I've sold or pawn everything I had to stay afloat.... I'm just staying afloat now. It's crazy how they tell me to go get my medical records when I can barely walk because my ankle is messed up. I'm like that's your job. If you're reading this message. PLEASE DON'T LOOK FOR HELP WITH THIS FIRM......LOOK ELSE WHERE LESS YOU'LL BE LIKE ME ..... WAITING!!!! They don't deserve 1 star..
