Dan and his team are awesome! I was put in a situation where I needed to be represented for a workman’s compensation situation and Dan and his team were able to help settle my case in my favor! Would definitely recommend going to him! He is not like any other lawyer. He related to what I was going through and shared stories of what he has gone through and I felt like he could relate to the pain I went through.

All the negative feedback on this law firm & all it takes is to actually make a drive to find out the truth for yourself. They expanded into another separate building across Dallas area. Ask me how I know. Well I’ve been a client for almost a year now & trust me I wasn’t getting feedback on anything & so yeah I get it we get very impatient. Be patient & trust the process with these attorneys. They’re very professional & I recommend them 1000%.

I will keep this short and direct.....DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!! All of the negative reviews are not false. My husband was injured at work and we needed legal counsel and against my better judgment, retained this firm. Let me just say, you will have better luck getting a 6 month old baby to respond to your calls and emails. And what's worse, at my husband's BRC hearing the attorney was completely unprepared, lacking all of the documentation that was needed to rebuttal our case. I have never been in a situation where the attorney don't have a conversation with their clients BEGORE going into a hearing. And weirdly for us, this attorney and the insurance attorney where just having casual conversation like old friends, we felt like third wheels in their little gathering. The attorney promised to call us after that heating and guess what.....SHE HAS NOT!!! Every call that we have made to the office, every email we send is met with a, "Oh, she's busy." Do NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.!!!! Come tomorrow morning, they will be fired and we will retain legal counsel elsewhere.

I was so very distraught with this process with my previous attorney, having had lost my home, vehicle, and went through divorce proceedings. Matt, Crystal, and the staff were considerate, professional and patient explaining the process every step of the way. Had a nightmare of a experience previously but they appealed and we finally got somewhere in the next chapter and positive things are starting to happen ! It was super comforting to have Crystal involved in my case as she answered my questions and genuinely helped!

This office doesn't keep in touch with you. You have to run down everything about your case and give it to them.. they promise you many things, but do not deliver. They also have a set of doctors "they work with " so you will have no issues getting things done per them, but I believe it's all monetary for the office. I don't know ithe the Dr and attorney have shares in each practice, but there something going on. I received the worst medical care from the doctors they sent me and was threatened by said doctors and when attorney was notified I was told I was the issue not the Dr I am planning on filling for disability, which this office also offers but the is NO WAY I WILL EVER USE THIS OFFICE AGAIN Just found out they were billing hours for state or whomever to pay saying the called me when they NEVER. Have been waiting since SEPTEMBER to get a copy of final decision from judge but still no luck. Save your gas money and don't go here!

This is a Warning do not I repeat do not hire this law firm, for I hired them and they did nothing right. They first sent me to a Doctor outside of the insurance network and got my Workman's Comp Denied ,then they lost my case at the BRC Hearing, then when they took my case before the Judge they did not bring before the Court all of my Injuries ,which in turn lost my Workman's Comp Claim and now I'm having to Appeal my case on my own for no Attorney will help. This law firm did not try to see that I was seen by Medical Specialist in regards to my work Injuries being exposed to Toxic Fumes and Gases as well as my neck injuries. This law firm will not represent you in any way to help you. The Attorney at my Court Hearing even told my Wife that if I did not do as he instructed me to do which was not to say anything but answer his questions for her not to reward me when we got home. I do now extend to try and bring a lawsuit against them for Legal Malpractice for they should have known better than to do what they did in representing me in my Workman's Comp Claim. SO I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Unfortunately we took the horrible decision on hiring this people. My brother died 2 years ago and they haven’t done anything about it. We call them and they just ignore the calls, please if you read this comment, don’t hire this horrible and useless “attorneys”. It’s been 2 years and they have done nothing. The best rate I can give to them is negative 10 (-10)

This law office is horrible. They don't call back. They don't reply to emails. I can't get any answers. I am very disappointed in the service.
