Potential for overcharging or billing issues

“Do NOT hire this company to represent you in an accident claim. Not only do they not return phones calls but I had to do all the calling around to get the claim settled. I was forced to sign a recap sheet that I repeatedly said I disagreed w/ because they said we will not give me my settlement unless I signed it regardless of whether or not I disagreed w/it and after being practically bullied into signing it I had no choice.”
