I live in Waco, and the parole office here filed shady violations on me and Mr. Joe came to my rescue. My family and myself are so grateful for his professionalism and dedication to my case. He shut down the parole’s violations against me I a split second. I was reinstated on back on parole. I had somuch to lose. My home, job, and future. Mr Joseph Padian is an excellent attorney very upfront with everything tells you what is going to jalen and his office manager is also very upfront and very knowledgeable he was referred to me by a real good friend and works with you on payment plans.

My brother was told to hire this Parole Attorney by his first attorney. The stories he has told me about this guy, what my parents have gone through to reach him. After paying him $5,000.00 just to get absolutely no help. Who does he even represent!? Why are you avoiding my brother? He is your client! Why do you hang up on him? Why do you not want to talk with my dad? We are a family needing help to help my brother in the awful situation he’s in? As a professional who has been paid, you’d think you would work hard for your clients to get some kind of resolution. You went to school for this!! It is obvious that when it comes to human help, you lack that terribly and that’s not something you can get with an education. My brother hired you to HELP him. You got your money and have offered him NO help! Why? Do you only select the people you want to help and avoid those that you can’t help, after they have paid you? This attorney doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Mr. Padian was very professional and knowledgeable on a family members case. He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. He helped get the outcome we wanted.

I was referred to Joe by a former federal prosecutor who assured me that he is the best in the business. As an attorney myself, I had high expectations for his representation of my younger brother in his parole hearing. His pricing is a bargain for the quality of service and expertise Joe brings to the table. He remained responsive throughout my brother's case, presented me with all facts (both good and bad), and his staff (namely Edna) did a great job at communicating important information and deadlines. I would have written this review of him regardless of my brother's outcome--it does, however, speak to his talents that my brother was granted parole (on his first time) thanks to Joe and his office.

I hired Mr. Joe to defend a close family member who was going to be facing the board in less than 60 days. He was referred by another attorney so that helped build my conviction. What got me completely sold was how knowledgeable and confident he sounded when we first talked initially. I ended up hiring him, and he really prepped me for the hearing (I had to represent my family member). Long story short, he was able to help us get parole, and I’d be seeing my brother soon!

Joe did a outstanding job. My situation was complex and not looking very good on making parole it was my fifth DWI and I had violated probation twice. I had been going to AA and had over 8 months sober and I’ve done a lot of work to change my life before I ended up having to start serving my time. Joe worked with my mother and my sponsor and got me my first parole and the best scenario possible! I was out in 5 months on a 2 yr!!

If you can afford to spend some money then this is the man to hire for the job... I thought I was going back to prison and thanks to Mr.Padian I gave get my life back on track. Anyone out there that needs a good parole attorney I hear he's one of not the best in Texas... Thanks again Mr.Padian...

Joe dealt with both The Dallas District Attorney and TSA to keep me from having any charges for accidentally carrying a firearm on the plane. Also negotiated a tiny fine from TSA which is next to impossible. Saved my reputation and any future hassle.
