Lack of consistent communication and updates on case status
“I have yet not received a call email or answer to a simple question, to something the attorney needs to correct himself or give other options, I have called plenty of times i have asked to speak to an attorney or to the manager in regards to our case and pending questions all i get is "they will call you" "we will have someone call you" no one has tried to do anything i am beyond fed up with the excuses.”
