Donald is a class act, he was very upfront and thorough through every step of the process, if you think that you are at that point where you need a fresh start through bankruptcy then you won't be disappointed as he helps you through the process to find the best program for you.

Don Hood is the man ! In late 2018 I came to Don to help me with my BK. He not only helped me lift the weight of my debt, but he made me feel extremely comfortable. Also in February 2021 I contacted don with a question and help on my divorce. He was quick to aid me by reaching out to the court. When Don tells you “ You are a client for life “ he means it ! Don Hood recently helped me with my bankruptcy. He was very responsive to any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. He made a very difficult situation less difficult because of his prompt, professional manner.

5 stars From the moment Don called me I knew I was in great hands. To the point and efficient, kept me on task (which I can easily get off track) every single detail covered. He explained all my options and I decided my best course was Chapter 7. He was also very concerned for my well being with my real estate mortgage and HOA (though those weren’t part of the Chapter 7) he wanted me to fully understand ramifications of both of those and that I made sure I stayed in top of agreements I made with them separately.
