“I went to Jim with a tax matter. After our first day speaking I had great hopes for Jim and assisting me with my tax matter. I sent him all of my information and a week has gone by I finally heard from him. He asked me for a few documents so i sent them the same day. He would request those same documents 2 other times. I finally asked a good time to meet him and discuss my tax issue, Jim would dodge my question and wouldn't answer it, he wouldn't even call me back after he said he will. Finally after Jim trying to work on my case for a few weeks he told me he couldn't help me.”
