Pros
1
Excellent legal expertise and knowledge of the law
“John Schorsch represented me in a divorce/custody case. John was very unsuccessful in representing me, but was well paid. I feel his billing behavior is very unprofessional, petty, and totally unwarranted. His word should mean something.”
2
Aggressive and effective legal representation
“When you engage his team's services it is, figuratively, like a pop up zone of safety until time to emerge with some confidence. Simply grateful JS was on my side - would NOT want him on the other, and unleashed!”
3
Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle opposing counsel
“His knowledge and expertise in Family Law was displayed in court and against some very high profile attorneys (a team). I could tell he was very respected by the court and his ability to question each witness was so superior to the other attorneys, he actually made them nervous.”
4
Provides valuable legal strategy and guidance
“His evaluation of the case , analysis of the options and estimates of the outcome are prophetic. He's very sharp and thinks the entire case through ,with all possible outcomes, before he acts.”
Cons
1
Concerns over billing practices and lack of professionalism
“John was very unsuccessful in representing me, but was well paid. I feel his billing behavior is very unprofessional, petty, and totally unwarranted. His word should mean something.”
2
Inefficient handling of legal tasks and lack of punctuality
“The efficiency with which Attorney Schorsch handles legal tasks leaves much to be desired. A proposal that should ideally have taken a week to draft has spanned over six weeks under his direction, and it has yet to be completed. When queried about the progress and expected completion date, he tends only to offer excuses instead of concrete timelines.”
3
Excessive and non-constructive communication with clients
“I spent an inordinate amount of time - ten hours, to be precise - in Attorney Schorsch's office, during which he exhibited a propensity for excessive, non-constructive conversation.”
