Mr Thompson is my LTD attorney, and the most wonderful communicator when it comes to all of the information that has to be gone over. They represented me when my disability company denied my LTD claim, submitted an appeal proving that I can no longer do my job due to ongoing health reasons, and my benefits were reinstated. I hired the Guerrini law firm after being denied my long term disability. Very shortly after hiring them, my LTD was approved due to the hard work of this firm. After 1 1/2 years of monthly LTD payments, I received notice that my benefits were being terminated. Mr. Guerrini suggested taking the case to court, and Mr. Thompson was assigned my case. The LTD company suggested mediation and this was scheduled. For a total of five hours, Mr. Thompson fought to get me a fair deal from a company that wanted to pay pennies. At the end of it all, I was awarded a settlement that I was very pleased with. To be honest, I was hesitant about hiring an attorney that I found on the internet, but I didn't have a choice because there are no ERISA attorneys near where I live. I can honestly say that hiring the Guerrini law firm and Mr. Thompson was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Without their help, I would have never been awarded any LTD benefits at all.
