I received a petition for a modification unexpectedly and only a few days to find legal representation. I called around to multiple law offices and was able to find Adam who accepted the case on short notice. Adam had offices located in both Dallas and Tarrant county and was able to respond very quickly to the case. Upon our initial consult, we drafted a strategy to avoid a court date, then began discussions with the opposing party. Adam was comprehensive in his approach and offered viable solutions for the case that served both parties well. His reviews were detailed and practical. In the end, we were able to draft appropriate language for the modification and close the case relatively quickly considering how long some cases can drag on. Adam and his team were responsive and available for discussions when needed. And they often took the initiative. I would recommend them for your legal representation.
