I contacted Atwood and McCall to help me with probate matters in regards to my late husband's will, and to create a new estate plan for me. I worked with Krista Dupps, Elizabeth Carlson, and Tonice Scott. They were all very helpful in what was a difficult time. I would recommend that if you are looking for estate planning attorneys, that you include Atwood and McCall in your search.

In late 2021 I exited my business. Atwood & McCall's expert advice, guidance, and diligent follow-through transformed what could have been an excruciatingly painful experience into an overwhelmingly positive one. On many days, Mr. McCall was the only person in my life focused on removing stress rather than adding more on my plate.

I am SO grateful for Adam, Rachel and the rest of his team for their work! They made my divorce experience so great that I'm looking forward to getting married and divorced all over again!! All kidding aside though, this seemed like it was going to be a horrible experience for me, and although it was tremendously stressful and heartbreaking, having a team like this really made the world of difference, and the experience almost tolerable. They were always there to answer my questions and had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a great group of people to represent their case. Thank you again for all your hard work Adam and Rachel. I can't put a price on how much it means to me to have the extra time with my children that I otherwise wouldn't have. I will forever be grateful!

Atwood & McCall, PLLC This is my official notice that I am withdrawing as a customer. Notes: Rude!!, not dependable (possibly too many clients, too little staff, other?), maybe my needs got over looked - lack of communication between staff, greedy pricing – they are not the cheapest, at a very least absent minded. Something is or was amiss with this office. I never would have written this review if I didn’t feel that I was treated rudely. The receptionist was nice.

I must have met Victor McCall around 2011, during a local business networking event. I found him to be enjoyable and direct to talk to and I would always seek him out as I continued to attend those events. During one of our conversations, he said that as a general rule of thumb, he recommends that businesses try to avoid litigation, using it only when repeated attempts to resolve the issue have failed. I respected him for this advice and decided that IFF my then 2 year young software development firm ever needed an attorney, it would contact Victor McCall. As my company became busier, I no longer had time to attend those events and I lost touch with Victor. Yet I never forgot the feeling of trust I had for him. Nine years would pass by before I found myself in the unfamiliar territory of needing to enforce a contract. Remembering his advice from nearly a decade prior and empathetic to the financial loss caused to other businesses by the pandemic, I did everything in my power to give the other party an opportunity to finish their remaining payment obligation. Unfortunately the pandemic’s damage meant that the product I had built for that client was no longer needed. Although I went above and beyond my contractual duties, I wasn’t able to resolve the matter on my own. I retained Atwood and McCall and explained my contract. I was then presented with options and throughout the case was provided regular status updates. I felt relieved that my time could return to focussing on my business. Although I knew there was further financial risk in paying to enforce that contract, the outcome was what I had hoped for; to be paid for services rendered, regardless of the pandemic. Though one contract dispute in what was then 11 years wasn’t too bad of a rate, I would have loved to have had zero. However, business ownership isn’t for the faint of heart and for that reason, every principle needs to have an direct, aggressive yet fair attorney on speed dial. Since your probably reading this review already needing an attorney, my advice to you would be to call Atwood and McCall now as the hardest part of your circumstance is selecting a good attorney. Hopefully I made it another 11-12 years (or longer) before I need his services, but whenever I do I hope he’s still practicing!
