Pros
1
Excellent, knowledgeable, and dedicated attorneys who go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients
“The Dunham and Jones team were professional in every sense of the word. From my initial meeting at the office to my dealings with Brett Hiser, my lawyer, I was never left feeling uneasy. Mr. Hiser was available whenever I had questions and more importantly, answered them. He handled my case with professionalism and I appreciate all that he did for me.”
2
Responsive, communicative, and transparent throughout the legal process
“Jesus Marquez was always there when and if I had a question morning or night. Took my case and did exactly what he said they (Dunham & Jones Attorneys) always strive to achieve and that is 'Like it never even happened.'”
3
Compassionate and understanding approach that puts clients' needs first
“Felicia Haynes was by far the best attorney I have ever had. A case that's been a chip on my shoulder for over a year, was resolved in a matter of weeks with her help. Should I ever need legal help I won't hesitate to give her a call and recommend her to everyone I know.”
4
Flexible payment plans and affordable rates
“They worked with me on the cost of it all, was able to do it by payments. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Jesus Marquez for handling my case and getting it dismissed!”
5
Successful in getting cases dismissed or reduced charges
“Jesus Marquez got my case dismissed! I can't thank Jesus enough for everything he has done. If you're in trouble and need someone to represent you, I highly recommend Jesus Martinez in the Dallas area!”
Cons
1
Lack of communication and updates from the attorney, leaving clients in the dark about the status of their case
“I paid them to represent me and work on my case. But did they even do anything for me? They didn't get me a deal and they don't keep me informed with anything. They tell me on court date and then they tell me it's been rescheduled. I try to confirm a court date and they couldn't tell me until a day before that I have to go to court...”
2
Attorneys not fully dedicated to their clients' best interests, potentially working more for the prosecution
“Beware he is a fast talker he presents himself as a man of God but please do not let that fool you he thinks he knows more than what the client needs he didn't do anything we ask him to do as far as motions and paperwork to present to the court he did not do It was like he was a defense attorney against his own client he did not serve us he did not help our family member and we gave him our money for nothing he presents himself as loyal down-to-earth type of man but then he defends the court and forces you to take a plea deal that could have been gotten by a public defender he works for the system not his client”
