I hired Tiffany and Kevin to represent me in a sexual assault case accusation in Austin, TX that put my life on hold, with the risk of destroying everything I had worked so hard for. Tiffany was the lead counsel for this case. During the pretrial phase, they kept me informed and worked with me to look at every angle of this case to try to get a positive outcome to my case. They were committed to my case and knew my case better than I would have expect them to. I was surprised during the trial, my lawyers knew the case, facts, inconsistencies, the witnesses better than anyone in that courtroom. Unfortunately, even though as time went by and the DA learned more about the case and it became more clear the accuser was lying, he was not willing to drop the charges. I was facing up to 40 years, which meant I could lose everything in my life. I listened to their recommendations and put my life on their hands, taking my case to trial. While I was still in college in 2015, a handful of classmates and I went to a bar, and when the night was over one classmate and I went to my apartment. At the time we were both in other relationships and didn't want anyone to know about the situation. After the affair in my apartment, I took her to her boyfriend's apartment and went on to sleep. Everything seemed normal. A few days later I heard from others that she had been making up stories, but I didn't know exactly what and did not worry much since I had not done anything legally wrong. Fast-forward 2 years and I got arrested over whatever false accusation she had made. Her story had things that did not make sense, but that did not make the investigators stop and question her. Her statement strictly made me face these charges. If I ever was to be asked about a great lawyer that is going to work hard to win a case and knows the law, I will undoubtedly recommend Tiffany and Kevin. They know what they are doing and I can say that they will work hard to win a case, not leaving room for a surprise. Even my family was amazed at the way they were prepared in the courtroom and how much knowledge they had to defend my case. They really went the extra mile to win and DID.
