This place mailed me a notice that I owe money and there’s a case against me. I received the letter after the 10 day warning had passed and I was very panicked as I have never had any trouble with the law before so I quickly paid it online. I called them afterward to tell them and ask what was going on and they had the wrong person. The guy I spoke with quickly kept deferring any fault, gave me a number to call and hung up immediately. I’m now waiting in a line of 21 people hoping I can get a refund because of their mistake which he would not at all own up to.

Beware if you end up with Delphia as your legal aide. The rudest person I have ever dealt with. I paid my account in full as soon as I was aware of it. Was told inaccurate information and then when I called to follow back up with it, was told something completely different. I understand that I owed money and I understand it is their job to collect, but I can do without the rudeness. Just ridiculous. Hoping everything is handled now so that I never have to deal with her again.
