Scam!!! If these bozos think I'm going to send them $239.50 of my hard earned money, they must be dreaming. Received a letter from these bozos with the amount due specified above. The letter indicates a red light camera violation from 2022, over two years ago! I have never received notification of any violation from the village or county in which the violation allegedly occurred. No photographic or video evidence of the violation. Make sure you look up your local laws. The law prevents them from reporting civil penalty debts to any of the three major credit reporting bureaus. They can pound sand.

Just another case of a scam. I've never been to Arizona and yet........I've got debts from tolls there? This company lives off scams and it's disgusting.

SCAM!! trying to collect on a ticket that was closed out in 2019. from MO... also reported to BBB.

Had the horror of speaking with Erin when calling. She was the most useless employee i have ever had to speak with on the phone. All she could do was read off a script, interrupt me, and try to act like she was big bad law firm trying to collect a $40 debt. (Debt was due to a technical issue with E470 toll road not due to me trying not to pay). She was attempting to walk me through the “charges” which i could not find per her instructions. All she could say was “this is what im seeing” while not able to provide any proof of these charges. All while interrupting everything I said while I was trying to get more clarity on why this was in collections. She is a useless, unhelpful, rude employee and I wouldn't trust her with a mop job at McDonalds. She even claimed I could not use speaker phone while I talked to her because “they were a law firm.”??? Good intimidation try but ill use speaker whenever the hell I want. This “law firm” is laughable, if you get a notice from them, ignore it and deal with the source because they are useless and wont help you at all. The partners of this firm should be embarrassed of their practice…

Shameful and deceitful practices. This "firm" needs to be investigated.

************** SCAM************** If you truly have a violation then I would contact the company that the violation originated from. I do not advise handing out your personal information to anyone that you’re not sure about.

*** SCAM and Extortion ***** I have Never Been to City of Galveston and My Auto has not also RED ZONE Ticket Over $120.00 Calling Texas State Attorney General and FBI Monday Morning. Update I called state attorney general my state representative and FBI all responded Galveston city corrected the problem and I will file Texas bar complaint against Linebarer Goggan & Blair Sampson LLC for not verifying the information was correct and for harassment. Do not pay them anything ever.
