I never thought I would be in a horrible accident, but it happened in 2012. Late at night after moving my family, I was sitting at a red light in Mesquite. I had just returned the U Haul and was on my way home, so I was extremely tired. Next thing I knew, I was rear ended. After realizing what happened, I did just as anyone else would, I attempted to make contact with the other party and get insurance information. At that point I realized I was dealing with an irresponsible party. I was in serious pain and had to get the police involved to keep the driver from leaving the scene of the accident. Unfortunately, the car accident caused two of my disc to slip, requiring me to later have double back surgery. Within the first week I had found Shane Mullen. He took my situation seriously and didn't require me to go to his choice of doctors. For the next two years, Shane kept me informed and a part of the battle I faced with the insurance companies. (The other driver's insurance and my own) He won't stop until you receive the maximum compensation. My file was as big as a banker's box. Since these type of injury lawyers are paid on a contingency, there is almost no incentive to keep the client in the loop. Let me tell you, he will call you back quickly and every time. His rates are fair and his staff is wonderful. I hope I never have to hire an injury attorney again, but if I do, it's him. Shane Mullen is an awesome attorney, he helped me from the minute go... I was run off the road last summer on I35 in Dallas-the driver would not call anyone and avoided all contact with me and my insurance so I contacted Mullen & Mullen and they came to my job and had me to a doctor immediately, then other medical treatments that were needed as my shoulder had a inner tear, and it was causing a great deal of pain.
