Shane Mullen represented me for an auto accident injury, and I could not be more pleased. Mullen & Mullen's rates are either the same or lower than their competitors, I guess because they don't pay for expensive and annoying commercials like the others do? They are very responsive and attentive, they are exactly as aggressive as you want them to be, they're pragmatic and council you *realistically* on your options and your chances of winning, plus they proved repeatedly that they had MY best interests at heart. Shane and his team, especially Nataly, were at the top of their game and incredibly reassuring. Plus, they never made me feel rushed - that's rare, y'all. I was referred to him by another friend who had also had a good experience. My car was totaled, I was badly injured, I had never been the driver during a car wreck before so I was incredibly confused and scared, not to mention in a whole hell of a lot of pain, and my OWN insurance company was refusing to answer any of my questions about how I was supposed to get the urgent medical care I needed. So I finally broke down and decided to go the legal battle route. I called Shane and within days I was at the doctor and in physical therapy. He sets you up with a letter of protection (LOP) which is a legal promise to the medical provider that although they're not getting even a single penny right now, they are guaranteed to get paid eventually when the money comes through. He has a list of recommended doctors/PT places throughout the entire metroplex that he knows and that work with him well, but you can go to any place of your choosing that accepts LOP. (This has nothing to do with this law firm at all, but this is something you should know: it's really hard to find top tier doctors that accept LOP - it's a big financial risk for a doctor so the primo ones don't bother taking that risk. Choosing a different law firm won't do a damn thing because this is the fault of the insurance and medical industries. So yeah... just be prepared for this crappy fact of life and have realistic expectations if you're like me and really hate settling for anything less than the best. But compared to not getting ANY care at all, or having to pay massive fees up front without any insurance discounts because you can't use health insurance for auto accident injuries? Um, I'll take the "ok" doctor, please and thank you!!!!!!!!) And the very best thing of all? Better than everything else I already said? Well, I'm very obviously no lawyer, but I'm the type of person that extensively researches anything I do and asks a lot of questions. So I HATE HATE HATE it when highly skilled professionals like doctors/lawyers/accountants patronize me by giving those super simplified answers they like to give to laypeople just to avoid having to explain complicated things and spend extra time on someone. I know, I know... I'm difficult. Now, in my experience, being informed, having questions, and being your own strong advocate often tends to irritate many professionals (especially doctors, ugh). Maybe they think I'm trying to question their expertise and authority?? But Shane must have realized the type of person I am because he threw it at me straight - no bullshit, no sugar coating! Yes!!! If there was anything I didn't understand, he actually explained it to me instead of dumbing it down. This, more than anything else, is the exact reason I'll be calling him, and only him, if I ever get hit again. Grade A lawyer and legal team. I have nothing negative to say at all.

Shane is a TERRIFIC lawyer, he has helped me so much through my time of need. Last year i was walking across the street at an outlet mall and someone hit me. Shane was on top of everything and was helping me every step of the way, he even kept me updated! I am so thankful for everything he has done for me, if it wasn't for him i wouldn't be able to get a car, get a house or start my life again! Shane mullen is a great lawyer. He is jot only great at his job but he really cares about his clients! I was rear ended last december and he not only got me in to see a chiropractor to start my healing, but called them to let them know to call me and set up an appointment for me right away! They also referred me to a great auto body repair shop that had me up and going in no time. Then when it came time to deal with geico about a settlement Shane went above and beyond to get me more than I expected. In my opinion when an accident happens you want the best. Best lawyer, best doctors and best repair shop. I got all of that and then some bu calling mullen and mullen! I would recomend them to anyone. All my calls were returned and emails answered so quickly and his assistant Natalie is so sweet and patient! Always so ready to answer all my questions!

I was hit by a driver who failed to yield the right of way back in March of 2012. Shortly after the accident the insurance company for the person who hit me started to doubt my need for treatment. I tried to get medical treatment but providers wanted cash up front. I had just started a new job and didn’t have any insurance yet and was low on funds for treatment. I called a personal injury attorney who always advertised on television that he could help me get the care I deserved. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I figured that my time was just as important as theirs and I hung up. I saw Mullen and Mullen on my internet search and called them. They put me through to Shane right away. His staff was always very friendly and helpful when I called. They kept me up to date and informed regarding my claim and helped me sort through the bills that were coming in. I had a back injury but didn’t need to have surgery. I still have flare-ups from time to time but have learned how to manage my pain. Money can’t give me back everything I lost but Shane helped me get enough to pay all my bills and give me enough money to start a small business.
