Cost us money. Got hospital and the lawyer paid. But didnt help my daughter at all. As a matter of fact it cost us . Never again

My experience at Franklin Law Firm about the service, unfortunately Miss Sara who works as legal assistant from the beginning was impolite, mean, and makes you feel that despite having Hispanic roots treats you as if you were stupid, scold you, does not answer your messages, It takes a long time to return a call, she never really did anything from my case. She even totally fell behind, had absurd reasons not to move forward and had not even registered the information of the witness of the accident we had. Until, thank God she decided to release the case. This information is for the purpose of them paying attention to the treatment they give us, their client's. I'm with another Law Firm now which they treat us as kind and polite as possible. This really let's  me see the mediocrity of my service with Miss Sara.
