It took a little time to get everything settled but they had great customer service and they work really hard and they got me more then I was expecting highly recommended

Great team they got at Anderson Injury Lawyers. They where straight forward with how the process works from the start. It’s was open communication throughout and I never felt out of the “loop”. Definitely will be returning for the service if needed.

When you get rear-ended by a distracted driver, they admit their guilt, give you their information, let you take pictures of their DL and insurance card, and the damage to your vehicle and theirs... and you end up having to fight that person's insurance company because they want to give you a measly $6000 to cover the $12K in medical costs you've racked up... Well your best bet would be to call Anderson Injury Lawyers. If you're injured they'll get you to a doctor, they'll get you to a physical therapist, and they'll get you back to as close to 100% as possible without you having to worry about paying out of your own pocket because they will fight the insurance company until they pay out. And they WILL pay out. From the very beginning I was treated very kindly by all the staff. They were very attentive to detail, they did their due diligence to gather all materials to build my case, they coached me about the do's and do not's of a deposition, and when it came time for the mediation we got we came for... my only complaint was that it took 3 years to get there but that's not their fault, the other person's insurance were dragging their feet every step of the way even though their client was clearly at fault. A big thank you to everyone at Anderson Injury Lawyers, it was my pleasure doing business with all of you and though I hope I'm never in a situation where I need their services again, I'll be more than happy to call them up if I do! One last thing worth mentioning, the folks at AIL are only paid a percentage of the pay out from the settlement. If your case doesn't win then you don't pay anything to them out of your own pocket. I would recommend them to anyone who's been hurt in a motor vehicle accident.
